I have really bad acne on my forehead and in my hairline,I need to get rid of it FAST! Any suggestions?

I have already been to the dermatologist, i am currently using Tazorac Cream (doesnt seem to be doing anything ) and i am taking Doxycycline Pills..I have been using these for like 2 or 3 weeks and i have seen no signs of improvement.
