Is there any laser surgery i can take to treat my bad acne?

i have preety bad acne. On a scale from 1-10 i have around a 7. i wake up every morning and my face looks great, no acne in sight exept for thise minor red spots. As the day goes by my face starts to %26quot;wake up%26quot; and you could see all this acne you wouldnt in the morning. around 1 pm i have preety bad acne. i just want to know if there is any laser surgery that can help me with my problem and take this **** away from my face. ive been using pro active for 3 weeks now, but still nothing. PLEASE PEOPLE HELP ME|||usually laser treatment clears up acne but leaves scars
