Fake lashes Help?

No matter how many tutorials and stuff i watch or anything i try i cant apply them properly

Should i be using lashes with a bigger band ?

Tips and what brands are the best?

Thanks|||you can%26#039;t apply them properly as in how? does it come off? or it just doesnt look natural enough?

anyway, usually all the brands%26#039; fake eyelashes are in a standalize quality, so its not much about the brands. here are couple of tips to apply them:

1. before glueing them on to your eye lids, check for their lengths. if they are longer than your eyes cut the end of it shorter to match your eyes.

2. its important that you find a good quality cosmetic glue to attach the fake lashes on your eye lids if you have a problem with them commming off.

3. when applying, try to fit them in position starting from the inner head section of your eyes.

4. when it is completely attached, press the lashes against your eye lids for around 10 seconds.

try alot of ways, it is difficult keeping lashes on and attaching them perfectly.|||I used to have a lot of trouble with application of false lashes, but seriously, practice makes perfect. When you have a lot of time, just sit down and practice applying them. They can be used over again so there%26#039;s no worrying about wearing them down. First you have to get good eyelash glue from Shoppers Drug Mart or a drug mart like that, and the type of eyelashes don%26#039;t really matter unless the band is really thin then they%26#039;ll be hard to hold in place. There are eyelash applicators where you put the eyelashes into it while you put the glue on, and that way you can just hold them on your lids until they dry. However, tweezers work alright as well. First, hold the lashes with your tweezers/eyelash holder, apply a thin layer of glue and wait for it to get a little sticky before you put it on, or else you will be there holding them for a half an hour. Then, start from your inner eye and go to your outer eye. You may need to trim them beforehand to the length of your natural lashes. After you%26#039;ve applied them, make sure you hold them there until they don%26#039;t slide around any more or else they will flip off. Apply some black eyeliner over top of the band so that they don%26#039;t look fake. Good luck and I hope I could help!|||lashes are best applied by professional stylists. or sometimes you can go to the beauty supply and they will put them on for you.

it%26#039;s too hard to try to see what you%26#039;re doing while trying to glue those damn things on lol!

but if you rather DIY try this...

1. instead of buying a whole lash. Get the pack with the seperate clusters so that you can apply small amounts one at a time more carefully. instead of having to jam it all on at one time. plus you%26#039;ll be able to see what you%26#039;re doing better and adjust them.

2. Stay away from those super thick ones. Eww. YOu want to see dont you? lol Go for the thinner softer ones. They are much more nautral and the movie stars wear them.

hopes this helps sweeite|||YES..get the ones with a thicker band..I find that they last LONGER and are easier to apply..I have mastered applying false lashes...lol It was a pain in the *** for me too at first....

I use Ardell lashes#120 http://www.madamemadeline.com/images/fas鈥?/a>

these are the best %26amp; most natural looking ones for me. and they%26#039;re only like 3 bucks..lasts about 3 weeks if you wear them everyday.

Make sure you cut the ends of the lash strip if they%26#039;re too long for your eyelid.

I recommend using black hair bonding glue rather than eyelash glue because eyelash glue doesn%26#039;t hold up long enough. I use hair bonding glue and it lasts just about all day long..and its dries black not clear...(clear leaves a residue behind)..It doesn%26#039;t pull of my real lashes, in fact My lashes are growing!Make sure to peel the glue off when you remove the lashes so You can re-use them again.|||the brand doesn%26#039;t matter...

the only thing that matters is when u put the adhesive on the lash (don%26#039;t put too much) make sure you WAIT 1 minute before putting it to the edge of your lid...

after that.. wait about 30 seconds-1 minute and press down on it... that should work|||cut them in half and only use one half

apply the glue to the lashes with a bobby pin,

wait 10 to 15 seconds for the glue to get tacky

place lashes as close to the natural lash line as posible

and practice makes perfect, so keep trying|||try to put it like really close to where your real lashes are..
