Is the sun bad for acne?

yes in deed..the sun causes you to sweat which causes acne..and the sun can cause sun spots too so use sunblock when you%26#039;re out..or wear a hat when you%26#039;ll be outside for a long time.|||I%26#039;ve heard it is but i wouldn%26#039;t use one too much as they can easily cause skin cancer!!|||yes|||I tend to find its good..thats just me though..xx|||nothing in this world is either bad, nor good. but both.

the sun itself, is not bad.

the sun will cause you to sweat, which in turn is terrible for acne.

but at the same time, you are sweating out the dirty oils in your skin.

also, the sun will dry out your skin which will cause the whiteheads to move towards the top layer of skin, and eventually brake through it. so allthough it looks like its getting worse, its actually getting rid of the white heads.

JUST DONT ITCH AND SCRATCH, that will cause scarring, and in general human hands/nails are not that clean. my advice for you would be to see a dermatologist. He will help you.

The best medication for acne, hands down, ask any dermatologist, is Acutane... it is a one a day pill, for 6 months, no topical lotion is needed.... but it requires monthly blood work. On the quality scale, it is the highest medication, and also the strongest.

ive used acutane before, totally cleared me up. many friends i have have used it. its not like the other stuff that you can just order off tv tho. its REAL medication you have to get a perscription from from your doctor.
