Need help with bad acne!!!!!!!!!!?

I have sorta bad acne my face gets red and nothing works!!!! i have even tried proactive and it just made my face worse, i did that for a month no changes!!!!! so i need help finding something that works and isnt alot of money!!!!!!|||When washing your back use a loofah, sponge or exfoliant to help remove any dead skin cells that may clog up pores. Use a gentle action and don鈥檛 be too harsh otherwise you will end up breaking the skin.You should probably change your shirt twice a day whether you exercise or not to avoid bacteria buildup that can further aggravate your acne.Check out http://totalskincare-s.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.|||ok... i use zap-it. but i got that through an invironmental free company called Maleluca. but the only problem is that u cant get zap-it in stores!! u have to find somebody that sells Maleluka products. ya its sorta like avon only its kinda different in ways 2!!! then that person could order it for u. but the zap-it product works awesomely!!! it definatly makes the redness go away over night and fast. ive been using it but i wouldnt use it more than 2 times a day cuz if u do it might dry out ur face a bit... atleast thats wat it did to me. but if u use it 1-2 times a day u%26#039;ll be fine. and no im not just putting this on just to advertise... i actually care about other people%26#039;s acne problems cuz i have some acne and i HATE it so that%26#039;s why i use zap-it. so i hope u have luck with ur problem!!!! good luck and tell me if it works!!!|||Your best bet is to go to a dermatologist....I tried proactive to and it didn%26#039;t help. My dermatogist prescribed some medication that I took for a month and some cleaning wipes to use that really helped. He also had me change makeup and to stay away from fraganced face lotions. But we all have different skin so it%26#039;s hard to say that what works for me will work for you.|||if you think its really that bad you need to see a doctor, don%26#039;t just stay home and yell about it could become a very big problem!
