HELP! I got bad acne/spots how i get rid of em?

Hey, im 14 and i got realy bad ance/spots ive had em for about a year and recently they have got quite bad and ther making me feel down etc.





they make my face red and stuff and i h8 them.





so if u could help me by telling me the best spot cream or how to get rid of em and wer i get it from.

Well good luck and best wishes.|||Em you could go to your doctor and see what they can give you or there%26#039;s a cream called proacne gel 5 that%26#039;s pretty good or there%26#039;s also zineryt but i think you can only get those on perscription....witch hazel and rose water can also help also i know it works with spots but maybe not acne...not too sure but to put toothpaste on the spot often gets rid of them...hope you find something|||First, a good acne treatment to try is Proactiv. It%26#039;s not a bunch of garbage. It actually works!





But if you want to just experiment with different treatments, you might consider trying CLean %26amp; Clear, which can be found at Wal-Mart.Another good thing to do is just put some body wash on a loofah pad or a washcloth and scrub your face about two or three times a day, depending on how sensitive your skin is.|||Don%26#039;t bother trying all the creams etc in the supermarkets.
