I have some bad acne. What can i do?

I have a pretty bad case of acne on my forehead. It%26#039;s more like clogged pores and marks left over from previous acne. I want them gone asap. But...I don%26#039;t want to spend anything to do this. Not one penny at all. And i really want these things gone in about a week. How can I do this?

(Remember I don%26#039;t want to spend nothing at all.)|||Some types of toothpaste which contain sodium pyrophosphate or baking soda can work well on acne. They help to dry out the acne. Other than that i can%26#039;t think of any other solutions without money.|||You could try avoiding foods that could trigger acne(sugary foods, sodas, sweets etc.), drink plenty of water(it clears your skin), wash your face using soap. I don%26#039;t spend much on acne supplies myself but you could try using acne pads on your face. You can get them at Wal Mart. Use them two to three times a day. If you use acne pads too much however, your skin could get flaky so I%26#039;d stick to once a day.

Good luck =)|||Aloe Vera is considered as the top alternative to over the counter acne medications. It is a most popular home remedy for acne. Aloe Vera can be applied in liquid form to the facial area, it will remove excess oil and heal your acne. Mixing in freshly ground orange peel can make it even more effective.Log on to http://tipsfromruby-acne.blogspot.com/ for a few home made tips to heal acne .|||home remedies dont work well and will probably just dry out your face. just go to a dermatologist. it cost $60 to get a product with a free refill and you will be set for a long time. its a lot better then any crap that you buy at a store.

ask a dermatologist about benzaclin gel. dont get tanzoric because it sucks.
