Im 16, f. And i have really bad acne on my back i have had it ever since i can remember. It lowers your self confidence and i can never wear strappy tops or on holiday im contious of what i wear and whos about because it just looks awful.
Ive been to the doctors and been on tablets for about 2-3 year they have helped it improve quite abit, but i want it to be completley clear, and im scared that it will never be right?
What can i do to get rid????????????|||What tablets have you been taking? If you have been taking them for 2-3 years now i would strongly recommend you stop, because it most likely isn%26#039;t helping.
Some birth control pills can cause Acne, it is probably worth checking that out if you are taking any.
I recommend not wearing restrictive clothing, tight clothes cause friction and light sweat which make the perfect condition for Acne to spread, try to wear looser fitting tops if possible to let the skin on your back breathe.
