My 4 week old baby acne is getting really bad. Should i be concerned?

it started just on his cheeks, but now it is on his chin and ear lobes as well as the inside of his ears. there are a few spots appearing on his forehead as well as his head|||It sounds like infant acne. My son got this when he was 1 month old and it lasted about a month. Just don%26#039;t pick or put anything on it. The best remedy is to just keep the skin clean and use a warm cloth and water to rinse at night. It will go away :) No worries.|||No,nothing to be concerned about. A lot of babies will have this.
