Is wind bad for acne?

i am probably one of the most acne prone person there is. i get acne more than any other people i know and since i have a really sensitive skin, i try to avoid wind as much as possible because i know touching my face, friction, and all that are not good for acne. so.... am i just crazy for avoiding wind or is it really bad for my acne?|||yah- wind causes your face to dry out, that%26#039;s why it%26#039;s always important to keep your face moisturized. Kinda like your lips- when it%26#039;s cold and windy, they get chapped- same with your face.... and dry skin may cause more acne.|||Oh believe me you are not alone. I have the worst skin ever. I thought as an adult acne problems went away, not get worse.

Anyway, wind alone is not bad on the skin, it%26#039;s just everyday exposure. Keep a moisturizer on your face when you%26#039;re outside one with at least an spf of 15 to 25. Clean your face twice a day, once in the morning and before going to bed. And since your skin is sensitive stay away from the cleansers that are abrasive. Try products that are designed especially for sensitive skin.

Best thing to do, be as kind to your skin as possible.|||yes, you can fight acne with a good treatment. the best treatment Ive heard is benzoyl peroxide. benzoyl peroxide kills inflammatory bacterias, controls oil fabrication and helps removing dead cells in your face. you can buy benzoyl peroxide in a common drug store, i buy it in Walgreen%26#039;s,

benzoyl peroxide can be in soap, moisturizers and gels. i use all of them and it really works.

there are other treatments for acne, like salicylic acid(it didn%26#039;t work for me) that attacks the closed pores.

i really recommend benzoyl peroxide,

i buy clean and clear moisturizer(10%benzoyl peroxide) , Walgreen%26#039;s benzoyl peroxide gel (10% benzoyl peroxide) and PanOxyl Bar 10% (2 ea)

the gel is only placed in the scars, the moisturizer is like the others and the soap is like the other face soap, you need to keep the soap dry.

i really recomend benzoyl peroxide, i thought my acne had no remedy until i found benzoyl peroxide.

its no expensive, is like $15 for the 3 products and theyll last you for a month

you can see the changes in a week!!

bye
