~cep~|||If your acne is because of a hormone you%26#039;ll have to ignore it cos it%26#039;s going to disappear after 2 weeks. When ur young it%26#039;s normal to get pimples. If your acne is because of too much of sweet then you%26#039;ll have to reduce eating too much of sweet. Even bacteria causes to make ur skin become inflamed and leads to cause a pimple! Wash your face with clean water and use soap to rub it to clean the dirt! Don%26#039;t use chemical face washes cos it%26#039;s gonna make ur acne%26#039;s more! Drink water and wash your face regularly. If it won%26#039;t work then you are infected with acne%26#039;s. May it be cured!|||1) First keep your skin as clean as possible. Avoid heavy lotions and wear as little make-up as possible. Lotions with heavy oils can clog your pores, so use one that%26#039;s a little more watery. When you shower, wash your face and entire body with an anti-bacterial soap. I prefer bar soaps over liquid soaps.
2) Never touch your face with your hands unless your washing your face. Oils and bacteria from your hands can get into the pores on your face and cause a pimple. So clean your hands first before washing your face with them. If you have an itch on your face, use a clean tissue to scratch it. Don%26#039;t use your fingers directly.
3) Avoid greasy foods like pizza and chocolate. Especially chocolate. Not only will they make your skin greasy, but they leave oils on your hands, which will grow bacteria, which can cause a pimple if you touch your face with your hands.
4) Take two showers a day if you can. Take one at night to clean your entire body and face before going t bed. This keeps your body oils from accumulating on your bedsheets and pillowcase too quickly. Take one in the morning to clean off the sweat and body oil that accumulated while you slept.
5) Never use the same shower towel more than once because the oil and bacteria from your body will accumulate on it and get rubbed onto your face and body the next time you use it if you don%26#039;t wash it.
If you don%26#039;t like %26quot;wasting%26quot; towels, only shower in the morning and just wash your face at night, but still don%26#039;t reuse towels without washing them in the washer first. Don%26#039;t reuse face towels either. To conserve, you can use a fresh towel to wash your face at night and dry it with one side of the towel, then when you shower the next morning use the unused portion to dry your face first, then the rest of your body.
6) If you get pimples on your back, change your sleep clothes often. Wear a fresh shirt every night. Or if you sleep nude, make sure you change your sheets often. Change your pillow case often too. Your body excretes a lot of oil everyday which rubs off onto your clothes, bedsheets, pillow cases and towels. Make sure you always keep them clean.
7) Avoid using hairspray or hair gel. These will eventually get rubbed onto your forehead. Any weird chemicals or gels on your forehead will cause pimples.
8) A water softener for you home will also help reduce pimples. Hard water has a lot of minerals which can get into your pores and clog them.
