Just don%26#039;t touch your face unnecessarily, avoid oily makeup products and look for products with %26#039;non-comodegenic%26#039; on them.
Anything with salylic acid is good.
As for spot treatments, perhaps the Garnier spot corrector (but you have to change products after a while, because your skin gets too used to it and stops working), or maybe something with tea tree oil.
If your acne%26#039;s really bad, a doctor might prescribe antibiotics.
And most importantly- DO NOT PICK THE PIMPLES! Especially if you want to avoid bad scarring!|||Drink plenty of water throughout the day every day (about 6-8 glasses but not too much more as this can overdo your system, around 3 litres has been known to damage the brain)
Dont stress too much about oily foods as it is myth that they cause pimples, it is mostly just dirt and oil build up on the skins surface. Use a gentle exfoliant once every fortnight, if you are female and are menstruating, it is natual to get lots of pimples along the bottom of the jaw line and the chin....
Use a cleanser for your skin type, see a clarins counter make up artist to determine what skin type you have - they are free and they get the best training to sell their expensive products so you can be assured they know what they are talking about. When trying pimple clearing products though, give it plenty of time to work - giving up after 3 weeks and changing to something else wont work. You need to allow at least 3 months for a product to be able to do its best - if there is still no result, perhaps see a dermatologist for some checks to be done as there may be a more underlying problem.
Also, think about the make-up you wear if any, try wear minimal as possible, otherwise a mineral makeup is a healthier alternative to a full coverage foundation.
Good luck!!!|||i have tried both of these products u mentioned , i found proactiv to harsh and it belached my towels an cetaphil so soft and did nothing.
i use this stuff called boir.... i think thats how u spell it , u can get it from the chemist , it%26#039;s not very $$$, it%26#039;s ina green bottle and if u use the clnder with the toner and an oil free moosuriter after , i found it worked well.
give it a go.
good luck|||do this things and follow it strictly
