How do I get rid of my really bad acne? How do I stop it?

Acne has been a severe problem for me for years.





It was bad 3 years ago, went away and now it%26#039;s come back this summer. I don%26#039;t know if it%26#039;s because of the humidity and heat that makes my face greasy but it%26#039;s extremely frustrating.





I take Retin-A but that hasn%26#039;t worked. I%26#039;ve broken out in the past week really bad.





I take Tetracycline and it%26#039;s worked pretty well on my back but not helping my face.





I know from my parents, what they said, is that my acne is an internal problem and that%26#039;s what the TETRACYCLINE is for but it%26#039;s not doing well on my face, just decent on my back.


It%26#039;s also with hormones but I dont know what else.





The two things I%26#039;m taking is what my dermatologist prescribed but my face looks like crap right now.





Is there a stronger, better antibiotic that works better than Tetracycline?? Because it%26#039;s an internal problem for me.





And I prob need a better antibiotic and a normal facewash.
