thankyou :) %26lt;3|||Hello,

First you must know or already know that acne gets worse before it gets better with treatment. So when it begins to worsen DO NOT STOP treatment...and you should give it 2 weeks of worsening before you rule it out.

I also tried everything including proactive with little results. Try Acne Free severe system. It%26#039;s in an orange box like proactive and is found in your local CVS (and im sure walgreens or other drug stores). Give it a try for a month and lemme know if it helps.

lastly, there is a pink sulfur spot treatment in your local drugstore...its not in all and difficult to find so you have to look. Sulfur is responsible for clearing up the bumps after they form (it dries it up). Most spot treatment have sulfur 2% but the one im referring to has 10%, Goodluck.|||Heya. I had pretty bad moderate acne.. and I know something that really helped, even though I%26#039;ve still got some coming up after clearing up for 2 weeks 卢_卢

Basically.. You need a cleanser with 2% Salicylic acid. Neutrogena do one, Clean and Clear do one etc. You have to do some research. I use ZapZyt%26#039;s acne cleanser.

You also need a product that contains 10% Glycolic acid. A lotion, cream, wash, whatever. Aslong as it have that in it. They are usually anti-aging products. (Yes I know that sounds odd). I use Alpha-Hydrox 10%.

Last, you need a Benzoyl peroxide cream or gel at 10%, but if you%26#039;ve never used it before (which I think you have as you have used ProActiv, use 5%) incase you are sensitive and then work your way up to 10%.

All of these ingrediants work togeather to remove dead skin cells (salicylic acid), to deeply exfoliate the pores (glycolic acid) and to remove the bacteria (benzoyl peroxide). If you use all three it really makes a difference.

(wow this is long)

Now the key is using Ice. We will get to that bit later.

To use the products, you want to use the SA cleanser morning and evening. (massage in ciruclar motions, leave on for about 2 mins) Morning only, after using the SA (salicylic acid) you will apply the GA (glycolic acid) in the same way. But you leave on for about 5+ mins until the sensation has gone. Rinse off.

Night time only, after using the SA, you will run an ice cube over your face, until it is cold to touch and wet. You then take the BP (out of the fridge) and apply in circular motions over the effected areas and surrounding areas (where you get acne). Leave it on (your face will be a bit wet with the bp and water). Now you get some ice packs and leave them on your face for 10 minutes. After that, wipe off any excess if you need to with a soft cloth and go to bed.

Do this for atleast 6 weeks, I%26#039;m on my 3rd week (i think) and I%26#039;ve seen SO much improvement, I still have scars and a bit of acne left, but it works great!

I got the info in a really cheesy book called %26quot;The Acne Cure%26quot;. It sounds like a con, but its a doctor called Terry Dubrew who wrote it and hes also a plastic surgeon. You don%26#039;t have to buy the book, you can read what I wrote, but it explains everything about skin and how it works, and how to prevent wrinkles, its pretty good.

Good luck!! I really hope that helped, and I really hope you atleast give it a try. I know how annoying and crushing acne can be on your confidence, it really sucks. Good luck!! :] xxx|||I have been myself in this trouble, now it is over. If you want to see how i did visit the website http://besttreatmentforacne.blogspot.com and see by yourself if this could be your solution - good luck.
