I'm going to cuba,but I have bad back acne????

I am going to Cuba in less then three weeks,and I have really bad back acne along by shoulders and on apart of my back,I%26#039;m going to a dermatologist this week,but the medication probably won%26#039;t work by the time I have to go to Cuba,I love to wear bikinis,but I don%26#039;t want people to see the acne,any ideas of what I can do,or do you have any ideas of what type of clothing would still look hot and in style in Cuba that wouldn,t show the acne?|||The swimming in chlorinated water and the hot sun will probably do the acne the world of good any way.
