Bad Acne I really need some help even tho I treat it, it just gets worse and worse :(?

I have pretty bad acne mostly on my nose occasionally on my cheeks, chin and forehead... I treat it with velocity lightweight moisturizer and facial cleanser + at night i put equate medicated acne gel on my zits and pimples. In the morning I only use the moisturizer because of time, but at night I use all 3
